Position Summary
The Driver supports administrative and operational needs by safely transporting personnel, documents, and materials. This role requires strong professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles (sedan, van, or light-duty truck) in compliance with traffic laws.
Plan efficient routes and ensure on-time pickups, deliveries, and transport.
Complete routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
Load, secure, and unload materials as needed.
Provide courteous, professional service when interacting with employees and clients.
Maintain accurate logs of mileage, destinations, and fuel usage.
Follow company procedures for reporting incidents or delays.
Keep vehicles clean and presentable.
Qualifications
Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED.
1 year of professional driving or transportation experience.
Ability to lift 35–50 lbs.
Strong time-management and communication skills.
Preferred
Knowledge of Phoenix-area routes.
Experience operating fleet or administrative vehicles.
