Stacker
We are seeking dependable Production Stackers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that involves assembling boxes, preparing materials for production, and stacking finished boxes onto pallets for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, can maintain a steady pace throughout the shift, and takes pride in working safely and efficiently.
Job Duties:
- Assemble and prepare boxes and packaging materials for production
- Stack finished boxes securely and neatly onto pallets for shipment
- Lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Build stable pallet loads while following proper stacking procedures
- Inspect boxes and packaging for damage or defects
- Keep production and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Perform other general production and warehouse duties as needed
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Good stamina and ability to work at a steady production pace
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Safety-minded and able to follow instructions and established procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous production, warehouse, packaging, or material-handling experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
This is an active, hands-on position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and repetitive movement. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding work environment and able to remain productive throughout the shift.
