Starting pay: $16.00 - increase when transition to perm
Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Stack finished wood products, lumber, or materials safely and accurately
- Inspect materials for defects, damage, or quality issues during production
- Remove finished products from conveyors or production lines
- Organize and separate materials by size, grade, or product type
- Band, wrap, or prepare stacks for shipping and storage
- Maintain production flow by keeping work areas clear and organized
- Assist machine operators and production team members as needed
- Follow production schedules and work instructions carefully
- Operate basic material handling equipment or pallet jacks when required
- Maintain clean and safe work areas in accordance with company safety standards
- Lift, carry, and move wood materials throughout the shift
- Perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Monitor stack quality and ensure products are stacked evenly and securely
- Support loading and unloading activities when needed
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing guidelines
