Overview

Client is seeking a Product Owner to support product vision, strategy, roadmap execution, backlog management, and delivery tracking. This role requires experience working across multiple teams, gathering requirements, managing deliverables, and using tools such as ADO and Aha to support product planning and execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the co-creation of product vision and product strategy tied to portfolio goals.
  • Communicate regularly on OKRs, product roadmap, planned development, upcoming releases, and areas requiring leadership attention.
  • Coordinate with other product team members to manage product dependencies and increments of value.
  • Perform continuous product discovery and offer solutions aligned to product OKRs.
  • Use data to define baselines, measure outcomes, share insights, and prioritize backlog items.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, present new technologies or solutions, and identify unmet or underserved needs.
  • Define, maintain, and present a healthy backlog to squads and external team members.
  • Collaborate with UX, technology, vendors, risk, compliance, and security teams.
  • Influence leaders, squads, and peers on product strategy, roadmap items, OKRs, and upcoming releases.
  • Support continuous discovery and delivery of product value.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • Product ownership experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with ADO and Aha.
  • Requirements gathering experience.
  • Experience working with multiple teams at one time.
  • Experience tracking deliverables and meeting timelines.
  • Understanding of A/B testing, product architecture, continuous deployment, DevOps practices, data models, analytics, querying languages, automation, and metrics tools.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, OKRs, releases, and product dependencies.
