Senior Pricing Analyst


Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: 100% Onsite

Position Overview

The Senior Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting government sourcing initiatives by evaluating and establishing fair and reasonable pricing for commercial products and services in support of FAR Part 15 contracts.

This position leverages market research, pricing analysis methodologies, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance while driving competitive and strategic pricing outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and price analysis to evaluate supplier pricing for commercial products and services.
  • Analyze comparable commercial offerings to establish fair and reasonable pricing benchmarks.
  • Apply knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations to ensure compliance in all pricing activities.
  • Support pricing strategies for FAR Part 15 proposals, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Utilize analytical tools and financial principles to develop well-documented pricing analyses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with:
    • Sales and front-end business teams
    • Proposal Operations
    • Product Line Leaders
    • Engineering, Procurement, and Subcontract Specialists
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills to address complex pricing challenges.
  • Present pricing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support business and sourcing decisions.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, price analysis, FP&A, finance, accounting, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Experience working with FAR and DFARS regulations.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to develop creative and strategic pricing solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within aerospace, defense, government contracting, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting FAR Part 15 proposals and government sourcing organizations.
