Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Project Management Specialist to support strategic supply chain initiatives within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced supply chain professional who excels at managing complex projects, analyzing operational data, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will leverage SAP, advanced Excel, Line of Balance (LOB), and Clear to Build (CTB) reporting to improve production planning, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure successful project execution. This position works closely with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership to optimize supply chain performance and meet customer delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects from initiation through execution and completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Create, maintain, and analyze:
- Line of Balance (LOB) reports
- Clear to Build (CTB) reports
- Supply chain planning reports
- Utilize SAP to:
- Analyze production and material data
- Track project milestones
- Monitor inventory and supply chain performance
- Support operational planning and decision-making
- Build dashboards and project tracking tools using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program Management teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on:
- Delivery performance
- Productivity
- Quality
- Cost reduction
- Customer satisfaction
- Present project updates, KPIs, and recommendations to leadership.
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts across the supply chain.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule while meeting operational objectives.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in:

- 7 years of experience in:
- Supply Chain

- Strong SAP experience supporting supply chain operations.
- Experience creating and managing:
- Line of Balance (LOB)
- Clear To Build (CTB) reports
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Data analysis
- Reporting
- Dashboards
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
