We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Spinning Operators to join a fast-paced textile manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring spinning machinery while maintaining production and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor spinning/textile machinery

Start, stop, and make basic adjustments to equipment as needed

Monitor yarn and material throughout the production process

Repair yarn breaks and restart machine positions
-
Load or replace materials, bobbins, packages, or supplies as required

Inspect yarn and finished materials for quality defects
-
Remove completed product and prepare it for the next production process
-
Maintain production and quality standards
-
Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organized
-
Identify equipment issues and notify the appropriate team member
-
Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies
-
Complete production paperwork or documentation as required
Qualifications
-
Previous textile or manufacturing experience preferred
-
Spinning, yarn, weaving, twisting, or machine operating experience is a plus
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
-
Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
-
Strong attention to quality and safety
-
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
-
Willingness to learn textile machinery and production processes

shift 4pm-2am, train on 1 st
6am-4pm
