Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting efforts for hourly production and skilled trades positions. This role will work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists and operate behind the scenes to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for a variety of manufacturing and skilled trade openings.
This is not a client-facing role; however, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and possess strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for high-volume hourly production and skilled trade positions
- Partner directly with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists to support recruiting initiatives
- Conduct candidate sourcing, initial screening, and interview scheduling activities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing and skilled trades positions
- Utilize recruiting technologies and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates
- Support recruiting operations through accurate tracking and reporting
- Analyze recruiting data and talent insights to improve sourcing effectiveness
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the candidate experience
- Support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Recruiting technology and sourcing tools proficiency
- Data analysis and talent insights experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Previous skilled trades recruiting experience
- Experience supporting high-volume hourly recruiting environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience sourcing and screening production, manufacturing, or skilled trades candidates
