Overview
Client is seeking a Software Developer to plan, coordinate, and execute software development activities supporting business and mission-focused applications. This role involves designing, developing, testing, debugging, and documenting software solutions that address complex technical requirements and data processing needs.
The ideal candidate will apply software development standards, processes, and tools throughout the development lifecycle while supporting hardware and software integration efforts. This position also includes analyzing system capabilities, resolving programming challenges, and ensuring software quality standards are met.
Core Responsibilities
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software solutions that address business and mission requirements.
• Apply software development standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement logical and mathematical solutions using appropriate programming languages and technologies.
• Analyze system capabilities, program intent, input data requirements, output specifications, and programming techniques to resolve technical issues.
• Correct software defects, prepare operating instructions, and maintain program development documentation.
• Collaborate with system users and stakeholders to gather information and support software development efforts.
• Support hardware and software integration activities and ensure compliance with established software standards.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
• Active Secret clearance required to start.
• Experience with Python development.
• Experience with hardware and software integration.
Preferred Skills or Experience
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMMs), power supplies, and data acquisition systems (DAQs).
• Experience using TestStand.
• Automated Test Equipment (ATE) design experience.

• Onsite Full Time.
• Work schedule: 1st Shift.
• Security clearance requirement: Active Secret Clearance.
