SMT Operator
Phoenix, AZ (North Valley)
1st Shift
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Setup and operation of surface mount pick and place machines.
- Setup and operation of automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers.
- Setup and operation of mass reflow ovens.
- Perform manual component placement and inspection.
- Perform detailed quality inspection of populated circuit boards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Minimum of three years of experience operating SMT Equipment.
- Good working knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
- Expected to read and comprehend process documentation including Bill of Materials and Assembly drawings.
- Expected to communicate well both verbally and in written format.
- Component identification ability required.
- Candidates should be very organized with the ability to keep count of parts.
- Candidates should have the ability to carry out detailed written and verbal instructions.
