Nesco Resource is hiring for a Smokehouse Operator Monday - Friday from 7:00am - to finish or Rotating Machine Operators Monday - Friday 6:00am to finish. Will avergae 40-55 hours per week.
Requirements for the position:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Candidates must be able to learn to operate industrial smoke houses in accordance with company policy.
- Work in both hot / cold environments.
- Unload product at the completion of the cook cycle.
- Monitor controls throughout the cook cycle to verify the smokehouse is running properly.
- Must conduct process checks though out the shift to ensure are regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.
- Capable of filling out required paperwork documenting process checks.
- Capable of working as part of a team.
- Complete other tasks not related to running a smoke house as required
