About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts across a dynamic manufacturing organization. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including production, skilled trades, engineering, professional, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and experienced in recruiting within industrial or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage recruiting activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple job functions
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Extend offers and support candidate negotiations when appropriate
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
Sourcing & Workforce Partnerships
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, networking, career fairs, and community partnerships
- Develop relationships with trade schools, technical programs, and workforce organizations
- Create sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions
- Proactively identify talent to support future workforce needs
Hiring Manager Support
- Partner with operational leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing priorities
- Provide guidance on interviewing best practices and candidate selection
- Participate in workforce planning discussions and hiring strategy development
- Support onboarding and new hire transition activities
Recruiting Operations
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding requirements
- Ensure recruiting practices align with employment laws and company policies
- Track recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and sourcing effectiveness
Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments
- Experience recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, engineering, professional, and leadership positions
- High-volume recruiting experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Skills
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
- Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing workforce challenges and labor market trends

Work Environment
Primarily office-based with occasional time spent in a manufacturing facility. Exposure to production-related environments may occur, and appropriate PPE may be required when visiting operational areas.
