Job Summary
Coordinate and support the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across manufacturing departments. Help teams improve equipment performance, reduce waste, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate TPM activities across manufacturing departments.
- Train, coach, and support employees on TPM practices.
- Monitor and audit TPM activities on the production floor.
- Help Team Leaders and Managers create action plans and improve TPM processes.
- Support Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Create and update TPM documents, worksheets, and standards.
- Develop Autonomous Maintenance standards.
- Track and report TPM results, including cost savings and losses.
- Lead Lean and waste reduction activities.
- Provide Kaizen training and help coordinate improvement projects.
- Support TPM and safety initiatives.
- Assist with tooling, production, and troubleshooting concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong work history.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Ability to troubleshoot production and tooling issues.
Training
- Safety and environmental training.
- Lockout/Tagout.
- 5S.
- Hazard Communication.
- Ergonomics and workplace safety.
- IATF awareness.
- Emergency procedures and incident reporting.
- Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
- Ability to climb, bend, stoop, reach, twist, pull, carry, and grip as needed.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
