General Laborer (Welding Experience Preferred)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer with basic welding experience to support repair, maintenance, and fabrication work in a production environment. This role will primarily focus on general labor responsibilities, with opportunities to assist on welding-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
- General labor duties, material handling, cleanup, and job site organization
- Assist with the repair and maintenance of structural components
- Support welding operations, including material prep and positioning
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Previous general labor or construction experience preferred
- Basic welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick) required
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic blueprints is a plus
- Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and in a physical environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Consistent full-time schedule with no weekends

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: $17.00/hour
