Shipping Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating outgoing shipments, verifying order accuracy, maintaining shipping records, and ensuring products are prepared and released on schedule.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Verify shipping paperwork, labels, and order documentation
- Confirm products, quantities, and shipment details match customer requirements
- Schedule and communicate with carriers regarding pickups and deliveries
- Maintain shipping records and inventory transactions within company systems
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to prioritize shipments
- Monitor shipping schedules and proactively address delays or discrepancies
- Perform inventory verification and assist with cycle counts as needed
- Ensure shipments are packaged, labeled, and staged according to company standards
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to shipping accuracy and efficiency
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, inventory control, warehouse coordination, or manufacturing support
- Experience with shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, or inventory systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and recordkeeping
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments
- Reliable attendance and strong sense of accountability
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- $19-24/hr depending on experience
