Nesco Resource
is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk
to handle shipping and receiving documentation, create outbound loads, and support various clerical tasks within our fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Monday-Friday
8am to 4:30pm
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Create outbound loads in the system, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure shipments are properly documented.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
- Communicate with carriers and vendors regarding shipment statuses and scheduling.
- Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation as needed.
- Support other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
