Description
Work with Production to ensure material readiness to support outbound shipments. Bill-out FCA JIT, Spraytek & Mopar/GM service loads – which means = ON TIME Processing of ASN's (know back-up ASN processes as well) Stage, pack and bill MOPAR and GMSPO loads (consolidate as needed to avoid stacking per customer requirements) Chrysler dunnage return reconciliation Assemble and ship kit pack items Mopar/GM Service Schedule trucks for any returnable supplier dunnage Set-up extra trucks as needed: JIT or Expedites Return any components to the warehouse that are in the shipping office or kit pack area that are not regular kit Move any components from the FEDEX and UPS shelf to skid or warehouse once receipted, notify recipients of packages. Weekly counts on non-production inventory: pallets, grease, weight reels, etc. Prepare misc. outbound shipments Check inside and outside shipping area for clutter or debris and organize as needed Coordinate: pallet truck, scrap/garbage hopper swap outs and loads from shield warehouse. Delivery receipts as needed (incoming material) Reconcile Spraytek shipments/receipts daily and update performance tracking log Track expedites on premium freight log Reconcile shipping/receiving records for month end Direct Hi-Lo drivers to scan & put-away material in proper designated areas: Quality, Warehouse, etc Maintain driver log Make sure all BOL's are signed and dated daily and put into numerical order Other duties as required

SAP Experience Preferred Basic Microsoft Office use Effective communication skills Hi-Lo Experience

Able to works 7 days a week if required with rotating weekends and vacation coverage. Able to lift up to 50lbs. repetitively and stand for approximately 90% of time Must be able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.

High school diploma or GED Ability to work autonomously without supervision FCA E-supplier Connect (Supply chain experience) Required
