The Shipping Administrator is responsible for maintaining records of inbound and outbound shipments, problem solving with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy in related company records.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Verify and keeps records on outgoing shipments
- Preparation and quality of shipping paperwork including packing slips, bill of ladings and other shipping documentation as necessary for outgoing shipments
- Answer emails regarding shipped and tracking information
- Daily entry and tracking of shipment information in various online platforms
- Accurately labeling outbound shipments
- Performs other duties as requested

- The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Diligent and punctual.
- Occasional shift flexibility and occasional over time.
- Working well on diverse teams and highly collaborative.
- Exceptionally motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Curious with a desire to learn; team player with a willingness to help where required.
Ability to manage time and complete assigned work through strong organizational and problem-solving.
Sitdown forklift exp is a plus.
Must wear STS.
