Position Summary:
The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations during the overnight shift, ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and employee performance expectations are met. This role provides leadership and support to production associates while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

- Supervise and lead production employees on the 3rd shift.
- Ensure production schedules and daily output goals are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and enforce company quality standards
- Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance and productivity.
- Address employee concerns, attendance issues, and performance matters.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering departments to resolve production issues
- Monitor equipment performance and communicate downtime or maintenance needs.
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate company updates and expectations.
Payrate:
$25.00/hr
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
11:30PM – 8AM
