Contract Senior Recruiter

Position Overview

The Contract Senior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and recruiting mid- to senior-level professionals and leaders across multiple business functions.

This position partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to provide a consultative, high-touch recruiting experience while ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines and executing full-cycle recruiting. This role operates in a highly collaborative environment and works closely with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition team, and HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level professional and leadership positions across multiple business functions.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruiting support.

  • Attract, identify, engage, and recruit qualified talent.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

  • Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.

  • Deliver a high-touch and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting and hiring process.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership, fellow recruiters, and HR Business Partners.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate and recruiting information.

  • Ensure recruiting and onboarding activities comply with applicable requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on mid- to senior-level professional and/or leadership positions.

  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent pipeline development.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities independently.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Knowledge of recruiting and onboarding compliance requirements.

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
