  • Manage a staff of up to 25 full-time employees including hiring, firing, and completing performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with estimators and project controls to establish budgets and participate in bid review and bid closing to ensure accuracy and evaluate project feasibility.
  • Coordinate with the large project executive, construction manager, and project team to develop a comprehensive plan for project startup and successful kickoff.
  • Lead all phases of underground utility and infrastructure construction projects including water, wastewater, sewer, storm drain, and related systems from contract award through final closeout.

  • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships with public agencies, municipalities, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and crews to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract documents.
  • Review and negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders; manage project procurement and material logistics.
  • Prepare and submit owner pay applications, track progress billings, and manage project cash flow.
  • Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively before they impact schedule or cost.

  • Ensure accurate construction reports for the project, allowing for continuous improvement in performance.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders to develop long-term partnerships with the client base.
