Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Project Management Specialist to support critical customer programs by driving project execution, coordinating material readiness, and ensuring operational alignment across the Integrated Supply Chain organization.
This role serves as the bridge between Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Production Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure customer commitments are achieved while proactively identifying risks and developing recovery plans for material shortages, production constraints, and supply chain disruptions.
The ideal candidate has experience managing complex cross-functional projects within manufacturing or aerospace environments and excels at driving accountability, stakeholder communication, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead multiple Integrated Supply Chain projects from planning through execution.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and drive accountability across functional teams.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure customer commitments are achieved.
Customer Operations
- Partner with Customer Operations to prioritize customer requirements.
- Coordinate build plans to support customer delivery schedules.
- Ensure operational readiness for critical customer programs.
- Communicate project status and risks to leadership.
Material Readiness & Recovery Planning
- Drive material readiness activities supporting production schedules.
- Develop recovery plans for:
- Material shortages
- Supplier delays
- Capacity constraints
- Production disruptions
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to minimize delivery risks.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the liaison between:
- Customer Operations
- Materials Management
- Supply Chain
- Planning
- Manufacturing
- Operations
- Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Resolve issues affecting project execution.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution and operational performance.

Reporting
- Prepare executive-level project updates.
- Track KPIs and project milestones.
- Present risks, recovery plans, and recommendations to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in:

- 4–6 years of experience in:
- Project Management
- Supply Chain
- Manufacturing
- Operations
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience using Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
