NESCO Resource is partnering with an industry leader in the Capital District in its search for a Senior HR professional to help lead its companies benefits and compensation programs. The Senior HR Analyst will lead organization-wide efforts to develop marketable and sustainable benefit and compensation plans while also serving as a business partner for a group of teams.
This will include:
- Develop and administers employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance plans.
- Maintain strong communication with companies’ vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Manages the open enrollment, benefit changes, and terms
- Oversee the companies HRIS’ maintaining up to date and accurate employee files
- Processes and tracks leave-of-absence requests including FMLA, disability, and personal leave
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required;
- A minimum of five years progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience with benefits and compensation administration; including benchmarking
- PHR or SPHR Certification desirable;
- Willingness to be very hands on with process implementation and development
