Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing website launches, content migration, technical dependencies, global stakeholders, and external vendors.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, not a traditional PMO position. The individual will be responsible for driving decisions, resolving challenges, managing timelines, and ensuring a successful launch.

Coordinate platform migration activities across technical, content, marketing, and business teams.
-
Identify project risks, resolve issues, and maintain progress toward established deadlines.
-
Ensure all project activities align with business objectives and launch requirements.
Content Migration & Digital Platforms
-
Oversee the complete content migration process, including content audits, classification, production, approvals, and publishing.
-
Ensure 100% of required editorial content is reviewed, prepared, and migrated accurately before launch.
-
Coordinate content workflows across CMS, DXP, Product Information Management (PIM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Manage content localization, regional requirements, and editorial governance.
-
Partner with technical teams to ensure content is properly integrated into the new platform.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
-
Serve as the primary delivery lead across Marketing, IT, Product, regional teams, and executive leadership.
-
Work directly with senior executives, including CMO/CIO-level stakeholders and steering committees.
-
Manage relationships with internal teams, external agencies, localization vendors, and technical implementation partners.
-
Coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure deliverables remain aligned with project timelines.
-
Facilitate decisions, address competing priorities, and escalate issues when necessary.
Global Coordination & Governance
-
Establish and maintain project governance, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
-
Coordinate regional approval workflows across multiple markets.
-
Ensure regional content meets localization, compliance, and business requirements.
-
Conduct project meetings focused on progress, accountability, issue resolution, and decision-making.
-
Maintain visibility into project status, dependencies, risks, and outstanding approvals.
Website Launch & Go-Live Readiness
-
Lead launch readiness activities, including quality assurance, content validation, and technical testing.
-
Coordinate SEO migration activities, URL mapping, and 301 redirects.
-
Develop and oversee go-live plans, rollback procedures, and launch-day execution.
-

-
Ensure website functionality, content accuracy, SEO performance, and user experience are maintained throughout the transition.
-
Manage final approvals and coordinate a successful production launch.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in digital project delivery, enterprise website launches, or digital transformation.
-
Proven experience leading at least two full-scale corporate website launches or platform migrations involving 500+ pages and multiple markets.

-
Ability to manage complex technical dependencies, resolve challenges, and deliver projects against fixed deadlines.
-
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Work Location & Availability
-
Must be able to work onsite in Westerville, Ohio, a minimum of 3 days per week.
-
Must be available to work onsite up to 5 days per week during critical project phases.
-
