Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations
- Support audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Assist with cash flow management and balance sheet reviews
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance accounting processes and reporting
- Mentor junior accounting staff as the team grows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior-level role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA certification or CPA-track status
