Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday
Shifts:
- Day Shift Training: [Timeframe for training, 2–3 weeks]
- Regular Shifts: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior security experience and will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our property, primarily through patrolling the premises and monitoring activities. The position will require you to ride a golf cart while conducting surveillance, as well as walking the grounds as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol the parking lot and property perimeter by riding a golf cart.
- Walk the grounds as necessary to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct surveillance and report any suspicious activity or incidents.
- Monitor and maintain the security of the property, including access points.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report incidents promptly.
- Assist with any security-related needs on-site, as requested.
Requirements:
- Previous security experience is required.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage security tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using a golf cart for surveillance patrols.
- Ability to walk and remain active for extended periods when necessary.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide a sense of safety to staff and visitors.
Additional Information:
- The position requires physical activity, including walking and riding a golf cart.
- Security uniforms and equipment will be provided.
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and overnight shifts is essential.
