Screw Machinist
Maple Heights, OH
We are seeking experienced Screw Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Maple Heights, Ohio. This position is responsible for operating a screw machines to produce high-quality precision components in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate screw machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and finished parts.
- Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Inspect parts using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.
- Maintain production and quality standards throughout the shift.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Previous screw machining experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- High School diploma
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
Salary: $20.00/hour
