Support SAP systems with analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing for modifications, improvements, and any alterations.

Responsible for the analysis, design, and delivery of SAP based solutions to medium complexity problem(s) for a business function area
Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications
Develop, execute and document test scenarios and test data with minimal outside input; perform required configurations of SAP solutions

Job Duties:
Train end users on new enhancements or functionality as required and maintain/update user manuals and documentation
Execute SAP application migration to production and performance tuning functions
Complete all maintenance, upgrade and implementation tasks related to the core SAP applications
Aid to design and develop customized reports utilizing technical resources and other tools within SAP as requested.
Configure and support integration with third party SAP systems and software; ensure overall SAP system integrity is maintained by collaborating with broader SAP COE team
Review business processes and corresponding mapping into IT architecture
Map and validate performance indicators
Provide Level 3 center of excellence support of the Global SAP Competency Center
Communicate with business areas within scope of responsibility
Remain current on new technologies; introduce applicable technology in alignment with goals and for creative solutions
Guide change with a focus on optimal outcomes

Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience with SAP module integration points and systems integration with business processes
  • Business process analysis skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills for moderate problems
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Meet/exceed organizations best practices, expectations, and standards
  • Identify and mitigate risk(s)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to guide others in regards to team self-management
  • Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
