- Strong preference for candidates with construction materials, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, interior finishes, or home improvement sales experience.
- Business development experience is highly desired, as generating new clients and projects will be a major focus.
- Candidate must be professional, organized, self-driven, and comfortable working directly with homeowners and builders.
- Strong consultative selling and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after training.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience with design software is a plus but not required.
