Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative is an important part of a growing, collaborative Sales and Marketing team. Working closely with sales leadership and Account Executives, this individual will help develop prospect relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.

This role will focus heavily on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship development with contacts at all levels of an organization, including senior and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is motivated, curious, results-driven, and comfortable taking initiative.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and account research

  • Build relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and industry events

  • Identify and qualify potential opportunities and key decision-makers within target organizations

  • Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns

  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity information within the CRM

  • Meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified sales opportunities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Legal

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

  • Internship or entry-level professional experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related area

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and company events

Location & Travel

This position offers remote flexibility, with periodic travel required for client meetings, conferences, team meetings, and company events. Candidates should be comfortable traveling regionally and nationally as business needs require.

The position offers a competitive base salary and overall compensation package based on experience, education, skills, and qualifications.
