Sales Counter Representative
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Address service needs of customers, interacting through a variety of communication tools, including telephone, email, social media, and in-person business.
- Learn the product line and prepare pricing quotes.
- Responsible for retrieving physical customer orders from the warehouse floor.
- Must have a helpful, can-do personality, excellent phone skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Must have strong knowledge of measurements and cutting tools.
- Knowledge in a metal, plumbing, or related type of front desk role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and strong math skills.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
