Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative
Pay:
$18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Nesco Resource is seeking a customer-focused
Customer Service Representative.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in home improvement sales who enjoys working with customers and helping them find the right products for their projects.
Candidates with strong customer service, account management, or inside sales experience are encouraged to apply. Product training is available for the right person!
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product questions, selections, and building material needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with contractors, builders, and retail customers.
- Prepare quotes, enter orders, and ensure pricing and order details are accurate.
- Provide product recommendations and help customers identify the right materials for their projects.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
- Maintain an organized, professional showroom and customer service area.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Previous sales, customer service, account management, or retail experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn product lines and develop industry knowledge.
- $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Potential commission eligibility following the initial 90-day period.
