Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Service Coordinator for our client, to support daily sales and service operations while delivering exceptional customer support. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating projects, managing orders, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and process sales and service orders

Manage purchase orders and assist with inventory tracking

Coordinate outsourced services and monitor project progress

Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure timely updates

Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire process

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Support daily operational and administrative functions
Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Experience with QuickBooks, Fishbowl, or CAD drawings is a plus
