We are seeking a Router Operator / CNC Machine Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing production environment. This role is responsible for operating routing equipment to produce accurate, high-quality components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate routing equipment to produce parts according to work orders and specifications
- Load materials and set up machines for production runs
- Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality output
- Inspect finished parts for defects, accuracy, and proper dimensions
- Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality
- Read and interpret work instructions, labels, and production schedules
- Maintain steady production flow while meeting quality standards
- Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or inconsistencies
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support production goals by maintaining efficiency and minimizing waste
Requirements
- Previous experience in machine operation, CNC routing, or manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in finished parts
- Ability to read instructions, measurements, and production documentation
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong focus on quality and consistency
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- $15.00 – $18.00/hr depending on experience
