Job Title: CNC Router Operator – 4-Day Workweek, Steady Hours
Pay:$16.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
Looking to build your skills in a hands-on manufacturing role? We're hiring a CNC Router Operator to support production in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for entry to mid-level candidates—whether you have some machine experience or are mechanically inclined and ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC router machines according to job specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, or cut lists
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous CNC, machine operation, or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with basic machine setup or production processes
