Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor roll foam production equipment

Feed raw materials into the machine and ensure proper machine setup

Inspect foam rolls for quality, thickness, and consistency

Cut and pack finished foam rolls for storage or shipment

Label and stack packaged materials according to company standards
-
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and alert maintenance when needed
-
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
-
Assist team members and contribute to a productive work environment
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
-
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
-
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
-
Willingness to work a consistent weekend schedule

Must be reliable and punctual
