Roll Former Operator – $20.25/Hour

Full-Time, Monday–Friday | Swing Shift
Starting pay is $20.25/hour, with the opportunity to increase to $21.00/hour after six months based on production rate.
Schedule
- Swing Shift – Must be flexible to work BOTH shifts
- Day Turn: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Afternoon Turn: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- $2.00/hour shift differential for the afternoon turn
- Possible overtime and Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities
- Operate manual and automatic cycle dies/presses.
- Use setup chart manuals to make size and tooling changes.
- Perform adjustments on roll former equipment.
- Operate a forklift to load steel coils and other raw materials into the press.
- Perform die setups and maintain product quality.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to follow setup charts and work instructions.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
- Must be flexible to work both day and afternoon shifts.
