Robotic Cell Technician

Eastlake, OH
Shifts available:
2nd shift (4 p.m.- midnight) and 3rd shift Midnight - 8am
Starting pay: $20-$25/hour

Our growing, family-owned, innovative manufacturing facility is searching for high-energy, proactive, positive team players to join our successful company. The role of a Robotic Cell Technician
will work closely with a manual winding tech within a state-of-the-art Roth Robotic work cell.
- Ensure production demands are met.
- Set up all aspects of Kuka/teaching pendant
- Verify sub-assemblies
- Monitoring and selection of programs, based on production needs, i.e., diameter & length variations
- Material handling i.e., Resin, fiberglass, etc.
- Replenish raw materials as needed
- Must interface with maintenance, production engineers, & plant management.
- Able to maintain accurate production records
Skills & Competencies:
- Must be mechanically inclined
- at least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Capable of lifting at least 60 lbs.
- Computer literate - Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- Previous experience with Robotics and winding is preferred
- Must be highly motivated, quick to learn, and safety-conscious.
- Able to operate tow-motor
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with ERP Software Systems (experience with Epicor a Plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (especially Outlook & Excel)
- MUST have exceptional attendance.
