Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized advice on home decor products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory by receiving, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Assist in setting up displays and arranging merchandise to promote sales.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screen.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in home decor or a related field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
