About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that drive decisions? We’re seeking a Reporting Analyst to join a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving community outcomes and supporting innovative solutions in healthcare and social services. This is a chance to work alongside a highly collaborative, talented team where your contributions will directly influence data-driven strategies and operational success.

Why This Role is Exciting

This organization is in a period of growth, and you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact. The team is known for being collaborative, welcoming, and supportive, with leaders who value transparency and open communication. If you’re looking for a place where your work truly matters — and where you’ll be surrounded by people who care deeply about what they do — this is an excellent fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, test, and deliver accurate reports and dashboards to support key business needs
  • Translate functional requirements into actionable reporting solutions
  • Analyze and manipulate complex data sets using SQL and reporting tools
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to optimize reporting processes and streamline data delivery
  • Work in a remote environment while staying connected with a highly engaged, passionate team

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI and SQL; experience with other reporting tools (Tableau, SSRS, etc.) is a plus
  • Understanding of relational databases and data manipulation techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights
  • Experience in healthcare or social services is helpful but not required — we value strong reporting skills above all
  • A team player who values collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

Additional Details

  • Fully remote, but candidates must reside in New York State (Central, Upstate or North Country preferred)
  • Occasional on-site meetings (1–2 times per year if local)
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong path to conversion after approximately six months
  • Solid benefits with our client upon conversion
