Nesco is in search of a Regional Sales Manager to work one of our clients based in Danbury, CT.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting and needs assessment through proposals, negotiations, and closing.

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.

Partner with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and a positive customer experience.

Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and pipeline forecasts within the company's CRM system.

Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships, generate leads, and increase market awareness.
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Engineering or a comparable combination of technical education and experience.

At least five years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably selling technical or industrial products.

Strong knowledge of instrumentation or related technologies, such as pressure measurement, level monitoring, temperature sensing, flow measurement, or process analytics.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Willingness to travel throughout North America, potentially up to 50% of the time.

Experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Salary: $90K + commission-based earning potential
