Summary of Position
The Recruiting Manager's primary responsibilities are to lead and manage a team of professionals in recruitment service delivery while personally sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and placing applicants for all assigned requisitions. Partnering with the Branch Manager to set and oversee recruitment strategies, as well as direct and prioritize daily recruitment activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop the recruiting team, driving a high-level of performance to meet
client expectations and company objectives.
Develop and implement overall branch recruitment strategies including job fairs, network
events, advertising.
Strategize with recruiters to find the best way of filling open positions using available
resources.
Monitor weekly and monthly recruiter metrics to ensure adherence to performance
expectations.
Prioritize daily requirements, team schedules, and utilization of resources.
Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve skills and develop strengths.
Vet new recruitment methods and latest best practices, ensuring all levels of delivery team are
using best practices to identify candidates.
Evaluate and implement new recruiting technology, partnering with Operations and other
internal teams as needed.
Perform general recruitment duties as needed, identifying top candidates, facilitating candidate
interviews, confirming new starts, and conducting continuous quality control calls.
Engage with clients consultatively, making strategic in-person client visits, to strengthen those
relationships and effectively resolve conflicts.
Perform payroll and unemployment functions as well as worker's compensation expertise as
needed.
Partner with and provide support to the Branch Manager and the Sales Manager as needed.
Network with civic, social and other groups to provide information concerning job possibilities.
Maintain expert accuracy on operational procedures and a senior level understanding of
pricing and quoting.
Conduct client business reviews.
Perform HR Management tasks including counseling and terminations as needed for contract
employees.
Comply with all company safety guidelines and processes, reporting known safety issues,
including near misses, accidents, and potential concerns, to the appropriate supervisor or
member of the risk department.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma orED required; A minimum of five (5) years' progressive staffing
industry experience and team management experience preferred.

Experience driving successful recruitment initiatives, guiding others in completion of work
objectives, and building successful, cohesive teams with a demonstrated aptitude to lead,
train, mentor and develop people.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including high emotional
intelligence, the ability to gain acceptance of ideas, and ability to build trust.
Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition.
Ability to keep organization vision, values, and strategy at the forefront of daily actions
.and decisions.
Exceptional customer service skills and business ethics.
Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate and train on multiple systems.
Organization and time management skills.

Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about the inside of the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. and bend or stand as
necessary. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a
calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Occasionally positions self to move boxes or equipment weighing 25 pounds or less. Frequently communicates with fellow employees, clients, associates, etc. Must be able to perceive objects at a distance and up close.
