Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition
Location: DFW Headquarters Building 8 (DFW-SV08). 100% onsite Monday - Friday.

This job is a member of the Talent Acquisition team within the People Division. You will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with candidate management, scheduling, candidate reimbursements, and projects related to attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent at American Airlines.

What you'll do
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage communication between candidates and interviewers to ensure a seamless interview process
Maintain an organized interview calendar and update it in real-time
Complete candidate reimbursement submissions within Coupa with accuracy and efficiency
Respond promptly to candidate inquiries regarding application status, interview details, and general recruitment-related questions
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience
Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports, including but not limited to interview schedules and candidate status updates
Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and other team members to ensure a collaborative and effective recruitment process
Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their application
Coordinating candidate travel and share details in a timely manner
May be assigned internal projects as appropriate

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
High School Diploma or GED
One year in a recruitment coordinator or similar administrative role

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Experience managing complex meeting/interview scheduling requests
Experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)
Experience with large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
Experience handling confidential information with utmost care
Customer service experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Knowledge of recruiting and/or HR processes
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite experience; PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Ability to work well under pressure and highly self-motivated
Ability to multitask, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work with partners in different locations
Ability to remain professional with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills customer focused
Ability to tolerate ambiguity and ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgement under pressure
Knowledge in time management and organizational skills in order to accomplish numerous tasks and assignments
Strong attention to detail

Top 3 to 5 skillsets / years of experience:
One year in a recruitment coordinator or similar administrative role
Experience managing complex meeting/interview scheduling requests
Experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)
Experience handling confidential information with utmost care
Customer service experience
Airline experience nice to have
