Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead high-volume hourly recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, supporting onboarding activities, and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hourly positions.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
  • Coordinate applicant skills testing and assessment processes.
  • Prepare salary recommendations and offer letters.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including:
    • Background checks
    • Drug screenings
    • New hire documentation
    • E-Verify processing
  • Facilitate onboarding activities for new employees.

Hiring Manager & Workforce Support

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Schedule and participate in interviews for all hourly openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Manage weekly staffing, turnover, and retention reports.
  • Prepare and present recruiting metrics and workforce updates to leadership.
  • Monitor recruiting performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

HR Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and employee documentation.
  • Ensure all HR-related communications and documentation comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Administer and interpret company guidelines related to compensation and benefits.

Employee Relations & Training

  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
  • Facilitate employee communication meetings and HR presentations.
  • Support employee training initiatives and workforce development programs.
  • Assist with department and company-wide HR projects as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or production recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through onboarding.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
    • Excel
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Experience supporting hourly workforce hiring initiatives.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, employment compliance, and HR administration processes.
