Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Location: Scotia, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, interacting with customers, and helping keep an office running efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records
- Organize filing systems and maintain front desk operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Maintain office supply inventory and assist with general office organization
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing administrative role preferred
- High school diploma required
- Strong Excel skills, including data entry, tallying totals, and uploading information
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Easygoing, flexible personality with the ability to work well within a strong team culture
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, no-drama attitude
