Receiving Associate
Location:
Camelback Rd & 43rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ
Shift:
1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
Urgent Need — Bilingual Preferred
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Receiving Associate to support daily inbound warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, scanning, verifying, and organizing incoming materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and documentation
- Use SAP to log and track received orders
- Scan products using CR handheld scanners
- Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
- Label, organize, and stage incoming materials
- Place inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records
- Report damaged or incorrect shipments to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure materials are processed efficiently
Requirements
- Previous receiving or warehouse experience required
- Experience using SAP preferred
- Experience with CR handheld scanners preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and stable work history
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Comfortable unloading and handling incoming product
- Must be available to work 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
