We are hiring immediately
for Ready Frame Production Associates in Charlotte, NC!
If you have experience in construction, framing, carpentry, lumber, saw operation, woodworking, or manufacturing
, we want to talk to you. This is a hands-on production position with an opportunity for long-term employment.
What You'll Do
- Operate basic production saws to cut lumber according to work orders
- Measure and cut lumber to required specifications
- Read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch
- Feed and stack lumber throughout the production process
- Inspect finished materials for accuracy and quality
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform additional production duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Basic math skills
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Previous construction, framing, lumber, carpentry, saw, or manufacturing experience preferred
