Pay Rate: Starts at o $18.00 Hr.

Schedule: First Shift 7:00am-3:30pm

Position Purpose and Objectives

Responsible to the precise measurement and weighing of raw materials to be used in manufacturing high quality liquid dietary supplements and cosmetic products.

Essential Job Functions

- Pulls, weighs, and returns raw materials needed to produce batches.

- Verifies raw materials being weighed against official blending record.

- Records all pertinent raw material information on official blending record for traceability to include but not limited to lot numbers, expiration dates, and weight.

- Maintains accurate batch records required throughout process.

- Proficient in converting units to calculate batch requirements.

- Notifies appropriate management of documentation discrepancies.

- Effectively operates and maintains scales and various other equipment.

- Operates fork lifts and pallet jacks.

- Collect, label, and ship samples.

- Transfer from receiving approved raw materials accurately in and out of locations.

- Navigate and use Process Pro required screens to locate raw materials, find inventory quantity, check approval status, adjust inventory, or receive inventory.

- Actively participate in housekeeping responsibilities.

- Do annual and cycle count inventory.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

- This individual must be able to read and apply the information contained in the SOP specifications for their operation.

- Problem solving skills.

- Maintain quality, and safety standards.

- Train and monitor line personnel in performance of their duties.

- Extreme attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Supervisory Responsibility

- Follow GMP Guidelines.

- Responsible for maintaining the quality of raw materials and work area.

- Reports all quality related issues.

- Maintain safe work environment.

- Support manufacturing compounders.

- Follow FIFO protocols when pulling raw materials for batches.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Follow the SOP's procedures.

Working Conditions

- Strong interaction with quality assurance and manufacturing.

Minimum Qualifications

- This individual must have 2 years similar position experience in a manufacturing environment or quality control background.

- Good communication skills both written and oral, basic math, and problem solving skills.
