Nesco Resource is hiring a Quality Inspector
for a growing client in the North Royalton area. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring products meet top-quality standards before they reach customers. If you enjoy problem-solving, precision work, and being part of a team that values quality, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Inspect & Ensure Quality
- Perform product inspections and line audits to maintain high standards
- Verify operator inspection sheets for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct material audits and inspect incoming and outgoing products
- Use tools like calipers and height gauges to measure and evaluate parts
- Approve or reject products based on established quality criteria
- Record inspection results and maintain detailed quality logs
- Identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist in training new team members on quality procedures
- Provide guidance on quality alerts, standards, and best practices
- Coordinate and perform product rework when needed
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard procedures
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of quality inspection experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in machining or plastic injection molding (a plus)
- Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to pass a preemployment screening
Shift: 1 st
Salary: $20-$25
