  • Manage CAPA, nonconformance, MRB, and corrective action processes through effective and timely resolution.

  • Lead structured root-cause investigations using 8D, A3, 5-Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving methodologies.

  • Maintain and improve PFMEAs, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and gage R&R programs.

  • Ensure calibration and measurement systems remain compliant and effective.

  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions to resolve quality issues and improve process capability.

  • Support new product introduction, engineering changes, supplier quality, and process improvements.

  • Interface with customers and suppliers regarding complaints, containment, corrective actions, and quality performance.

  • Maintain audit readiness and coordinate responses to internal, customer, and third-party audits.

  • Coach and develop quality personnel while promoting accountability, safety, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading root-cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across the shop floor, engineering, operations, and management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASQ certification such as CQE or CQA.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

  • Experience with GD&T and statistical/process capability analysis.

  • Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues.

Important

This is a hands-on manufacturing quality leadership role. Candidates should have demonstrated experience leading quality activities within a manufacturing/production environment, not solely inspection, laboratory, or software QA/testing experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead the quality team, own the QMS, drive corrective actions, work directly with Operations and Engineering, and actively support quality improvement on the manufacturing floor.

Strict requirements apply. Candidates must closely align with the required manufacturing quality leadership experience and qualifications listed above.
